POOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a title huh??? Well that is the exciting news here at the Smith house. Lily pooped on the potty on Friday!!!!! I was babysitting our new neice Cailyn (yes a new born and a toddler at the same time) and Lily was such a big help - sometimes too much!!!HA but anyway - our friend Leigh Waller came over (hello Leigh) and was holding Cailyn just after Lily woke up from her nap (prime pooping time) and Lily got really quiet - Leigh gave me the "your kid is pooping" look and so I asked Lily if she had to poop - she shook her head yes - then Leigh asked if she wanted to poop on the potty - she shook her head yes again!!! so off we went - we ran to her potty (which has been sitting in our bathroom for about a month now and she will sit on it for a minute but mostly uses it as a stool for getting to the sink) and she sat down and with cheering from mommy and Ms Leigh - she pooped!!!! YEA LILY - we all did a poopy dance and were very excited!! Lily wanted to call her daddy to tell him what she did - but after "hi dad" (she sounds like a 14 yr old when she says it) all she said was "potty" - but he figured it out!!! Hopefully this will be a little view of how potty training will be. Our peditrician said not to push the issue yet - so we aren't - but if she wants to we aren't going to stop her!!!! Did you ever think that you could get so excited about poop???
